Product descriptions, photos, and prices are presented as precisely as possible. Variations in color, materials, or scale may occur due to production methods and screen displays.
We reserve the right to adjust, update, or discontinue any product without prior notice. Limited stock may sell out quickly.
Placing an order constitutes a purchase request, which may be accepted or declined at our discretion.
Email confirmations acknowledge receipt of your order but do not guarantee final availability until processing is complete.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise specified.
We process payments securely through PayMob. Payment information is not stored or retained by us.
Prices may change at any time. Orders already placed will not be affected by subsequent price adjustments.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver orders across Egypt through reliable logistics partners. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
Unforeseen delays such as weather events or public holidays may extend delivery timelines.
Customers must provide accurate address details. Additional fees may apply for re-delivery if incorrect information is supplied.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or sent in error.
Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

7. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled prior to shipment. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible. However, eligible returns may still be processed in line with our return policy.

8. Liability & Disclaimer

We endeavor to provide products and services of the highest quality. However, we do not guarantee that our website will always function without error or interruption.
Cassa Designs is not liable for damages caused by improper use of products purchased from our store.
Our liability, where legally permissible, is limited to the total amount paid for the order concerned.
